Objective: To explore the effect of humanistic nursing on postoperative pain in children with hernia during perioperative period. Methods: a total of 36 subjects were studied. From december2020 to March 2022, they were randomly divided into observation group (20 subjects; humanized nursing) and control group (16 subjects; basic pediatric hernia Nursing). Their sleep, pain index and postoperative complications were compared. Results: the sleep quality of the children in the observation group was poor before the intervention, and the sleep of the two groups improved after the operation, and the score of the observation group was lower (P < 0.05); In the observation group, except for the preoperative pain index, the pain values in other stages were significantly lower; The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was only 6.25% (2 cases), significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: humanistic intervention in the perioperative nursing of children with hernia can improve the treatment comfort and compliance of children, relieve postoperative pain and improve the quality of sleep at night.
