| 摘要 |
探究白内障超声乳化术后采取综合护理干预对干眼症的效果。方法 于我院2021.03——2022.02期间选择白内障超声乳化术治疗病人共计60名，以收诊顺序时间线先后平均分组，先收诊30名患者纳入常规组，后收诊30名患者纳入实验组。常规组予以常规护理干预，实验组予以综合护理干预，对比两组手术前后干眼症发生率、护理满意程度评分。结果 手术前，两组干眼症发生率相近，对比P＞0.05。手术后，实验组干眼症发生率更低，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组护理满意程度评分更高，P＜0.05。结论白内障超声乳化手术治疗后患者接受综合护理干预可预防干眼症的发生，建议应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on dry eye after cataract phacoemulsification. Methods a total of 60 patients treated by phacoemulsification in our hospital from March 21 to February 22 were selected and divided into an average group according to the time line of admission. 30 patients were enrolled into the conventional group and 30 patients were enrolled into the experimental group.The routine group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of dry eye and the score of nursing satisfaction before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results before operation, the incidence of dry eye was similar between the two groups (P > 0.05). After operation, the incidence of dry eye was lower in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the score of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention after phacoemulsification can prevent the occurrence of dry eye,recommended use.
