Objective: This article is mainly used for gynecological tumor and tumor treatment to study the effect of intervention on deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in mothers during the treatment process. Methods: this experiment selected 98 newborns delivered in the gynecological birthplace of the hospital. The two groups took different nursing measures, compared is performance, incidence of deep thrombosis, quality of life and satisfaction of patients in the two groups after breastfeeding, and used the baseline group for extensive nursing intervention. Results: The level of deep before thrombosis in the reasch group (2%) is more than that in the control group, and the medical effect of the patients (96%) is more than that in the control group. Compared with the lesser(75%) control group. Conclusion: the patients with gynecological tumor after operation have received adequate medical care, and the clinical effect is ideal. It can improve thrombosis, accelerate postpartum recovery, effectively avoid postpartum deep vein thrombosis, improve mothers physical function, shorten postpartum hospital stay, and improve the satisfaction and popularity of this nursing model
