| 摘要 |
探析加强护理风险管理在检验科静脉采血中的价值。方法 研究时间设定为2021.02——2022.01，从中挑选接受静脉采血患者共计150名，通过建立时间先后顺序分组法，将患者平均分为两组，即为2021.02——2021.07期间接受常规管理患者设为常规组，2021.08——2022.01期间接受风险管理患者设为实验组，每组75名予以不同管理方法。对比两组患者风险事件发生率、静脉采血样本合格率。结果 相较常规组，实验组患者风险事件发生率更低，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组静脉采血样本合格率更高，P＜0.05。结论 检验科静脉采血工作中加强护理风险管理措施，能保障采血合格率，避免不良事件影响检验结果，具有较高普及必要性。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of strengthening nursing risk management in venous blood collection in laboratory department. Methods the study time was set as 2021.02-2022.01. A total of 150 patients who received venous blood collection were selected. Through the establishment of time sequence grouping method, the patients were divided into two groups, namely, the patients who received routine management during 2021.02-2021.07 were set as the routine group, and the patients who received risk management during 2021.08-2022.01 were set as the experimental group. 75 patients in each group were given different management methods. The incidence of risk events and qualified rate of venous blood samples were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the routine group, the incidence of risk events in the experimental group was lower (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the qualified rate of venous blood samples in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion it is necessary to strengthen nursing risk management measures in venous blood collection in laboratory department to ensure the qualified rate of blood collection and avoid adverse events affecting the test results.
