Objective: To This article mainly discusses the nursing effect of detailed nursing model applied to inpatients in cardiovascular medicine. Methods: A total of 280 patients were selected this time, all of whom were admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021, and were the main subjects of this study. The 280 patients were divided into groups, the control group and the observation group, 140 patients in the control group were provided with routine care, and 140 patients in the observation group were provided with detailed nursing mode. The two groups of patients were observed in terms of their satisfaction with nursing, as well as their poor psychological and emotional status and quality of life. Results: After the two groups of patients received different nursing interventions, the patients in the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction, and each score was significantly superior, P<0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion：The application of the detailed nursing model to the nursing of inpatients in cardiovascular medicine has outstanding nursing effect, which can improve the quality of life of the patients, reduce the anxiety and depression of the patients, and play a positive role in the follow-up treatment. This nursing intervention has application and promotion value.
