摘要	本文主要探究肺源性心脏病内科治疗整体护理的应用价值。方法在2020年3月—2021年1月期间，挑选在本院心脏内科接受治疗的90例肺源性心脏病患者作为本次实验研究主体，并对两组患者进行分组治疗，参照组（45例）采取常规护理配合治疗，研究组（45例）采取整体护理配合治疗，后对比两组患者的护理效果、护理满意度。结果研究组患者临床护理有效率为（93.3%），护理满意度为（97.7%）且均高于参照组。结论通过给予患者整体性护理，使临床护理工作较为全面化、系统化，对患者的临床治疗起到了有效的辅助作用，促进了患者的恢复，且使患者对本科室的护理工作较为满意，值得广泛应用。
Abstract	Objective: This article mainly explores the application value of holistic nursing in the medical treatment of pulmonary heart disease. Methods: During the period from March 2020 to January 2021, 90 patients with pulmonary heart disease who were treated in the Cardiology Department of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this experimental study, and the two groups of patients were divided into groups. 45 cases) were treated with routine nursing, and the research group (45 cases) was treated with overall nursing. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The clinical nursing effective rate of the patients in the study group was (93.3%), and the nursing satisfaction was (97.7%), which were higher than those in the reference group. Conclusion: By giving patients holistic nursing, the clinical nursing work is more comprehensive and systematic, which plays an effective auxiliary role in the clinical treatment of patients, promotes the recovery of patients, and makes patients more satisfied with the nursing work of the undergraduate room, which is worthwhile. widely used.
