摘要	专业教育和科研队伍的素质是密切联系在一起的。在团队理论的指导下，计算机应用技术专业教学科研团队的建设，形成一支年龄、学历、职称等梯度合理的师资队伍。以提高教学能力和科研能力为宗旨，以“强化管理为先导，以科学研究为方向，以教学技术为手段”的教学科研队伍建设理念为指导思想，从队伍运作与管理、成员科研能力、教学方法的改革等方面进行了实践探索，并取得了丰硕的成绩。
Abstract	professional education and the quality of scientific research team are closely linked. Under the guidance of team theory, the construction of teaching and scientific research team of software technology specialty has formed a teaching team with reasonable gradients of age, education background and professional title. With the purpose of improving teaching and scientific research ability, and the guiding ideology of "strengthening management as the guide, taking scientific research as the direction, and taking teaching technology as the means", this paper has made practical exploration from the aspects of team operation and management, members scientific research ability, and the reform of teaching methods, and has made fruitful achievements.
