Objective: Laparoscopic hernia repair is one of the main clinical treatment methods for inguinal hernia, that is, the contents of the hernia sac are returned under laparoscopic operation, after incision and ligation of the hernia sac, the patch is taken and the hernia is sutured. This article explores the nursing coordination method in the operating room of laparoscopic hernia repair. Methods: Seven male patients with inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic hernia repair in our hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the two groups of patients were compared in terms of their satisfaction with operating room nursing and the occurrence of complications. Happening. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the routine group was only 66.67%, while that in the research group was as high as 100%. In terms of complications, the research group was significantly better than the routine group, and P<0.05 indicated that there was a comparative significance. Conclusion: The implementation of scientific and high-quality operating room nursing cooperation measures has significantly improved the nursing satisfaction of patients and reduced the incidence of complications. However, due to the lack of more scientific research data due to the small number of surgical cases, it should be used in future surgical cases.
