通过实验研究在慢性心衰患者的治疗过程当中将膳食护理与营养管理模式联合应用的最终成效。方法 在2020年1月~2021年1月期间,邀请100位慢性心衰患者参与本次两组随机对照实验,根据均等性与随机性原则将患者分为两组。所有患者均接受基础治疗和常规护理,饮食管理方面两组采取不同的方式,分别为自主饮食方式和膳食护理与营养管理模式的联合应用。通过对护理前后患者ALB、PA、 Hb等营养指标,CO、LVEF、SF-36评分等心功能及生活质量,患者病情恢复效果对两种方法进行讨论。结果 实验组患者护理过后的ALB,PA,H b,Co,LVEF,SF-36分别为39.25±8.12,231.26±38.51,102.36±21.05,4.96±0.91,46.85±5.78,82.38±12.36,总有效率为84.00%,以上指标均优于对照组,并且对应指标所得的p值均达到了小于0.05的标准。结论 在慢性心衰患者的治疗过程当中,将膳食护理与营养管理模式联合应用有利于推动患者的康复进程,优化相应指标。

Objective: To study the final effect of the combined application of dietary care and nutritional management in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients. Methods: From January 2020 to January 2021, 100 patients with chronic heart failure were invited to participate in this two-group randomized controlled trial, and the patients were divided into two groups according to the principles of equality and randomness. All patients received basic treatment and routine care. In terms of dietary management, the two groups adopted different methods, including autonomous diet and combined application of dietary care and nutrition management. The two methods were discussed on the basis of nutritional indicators such as ALB, PA, Hb, CO, LVEF, SF-36 scores and other cardiac function and quality of life, and the recovery effect of patients before and after nursing. Results: The ALB, PA, H b, Co, LVEF, SF-36 of the experimental group after nursing were 39.25±8.12, 231.26±38.51, 102.36±21.05, 4.96±0.91, 46.85±5.78, 82.38±12.36, respectively. The efficiency was 84.00%, the above indicators were better than the control group, and the p values obtained by the corresponding indicators all reached the standard of less than 0.05. Conclusion: In the treatment process of patients with chronic heart failure, the combined application of dietary care and nutritional management mode is conducive to promoting the recovery process of patients and optimizing the corresponding indicators.
