摘要	探究分析循证护理用于老年2型糖尿病患者护理中的价值。方法选取于2020年1月至2022年1月，我院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者共120例，作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式，将120例患者随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察采用循证护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的血糖水平；焦虑、抑郁程度。结果观察组在血糖水平；焦虑、抑郁程度方面，明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者采用循证护理的护理模式进行干预，能够有效的改善患者的血糖水平；焦虑、抑郁程度，在实际应用中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the value of evidence-based care in the care of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: From January 2020 to January 2022, a total of 120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were treated in our hospital as the object of this study. According to the method of computer blind selection, 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and the control group used the routine nursing mode to intervene; Interventions using an evidence-based care model were observed. Comparative analysis of blood glucose levels in the control and observation groups; Anxiety, depression level. Results: The observation group was at blood glucose levels; In terms of the degree of anxiety and depression, it was significantly better than that of the control group, of which (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Intervention using evidence-based nursing care model for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the patients blood glucose level; The degree of anxiety and depression has excellent effects in practical applications and is worth promoting and applying.
