摘要	Java程序设计课程教学团队致力于研究Java程序设计课程和各教学环节在人才培养中的功能、作用与要求，旨在巩固知识和掌握技能,开展教学改革。为了提升Java程序设计课程教学水准及该专业教师综合素质，本文进一步分析了Java程序设计课程教学创新团队的建设情况，指出该专业教师教学创新团队建设时的问题，并提出了几点有效创建教师教学创新团队的意见，希望能加强该专业“带头人”培养力度，组建优质的教学教师队伍，为该专业教学工作保驾护航。
Abstract	the teaching team of Java programming course is committed to studying the functions, functions and requirements of Java programming course and various teaching links in talent training, aiming to consolidate knowledge and master skills and carry out teaching reform. In order to improve the teaching level of the Java programming course and the comprehensive quality of the teachers of this major, this paper further analyzes the construction of the teaching innovation team of the Java programming course, points out the problems in the construction of the teaching innovation team of the teachers of this major, and puts forward some opinions on the effective creation of the teaching innovation team of the teachers, hoping to strengthen the training of the "leaders" of this major and establish a high-quality teaching team, Escort the teaching work of this major.
