摘要
分析老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者接受健康教育干预的效果。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月区间内因老年冠心病合并糖尿病入院接受诊治的患者内随机选择40例展开实验,根据干预形式对患者进行分组,即实验与对照,每组内患者人数为20例。对照组内整体患者均接受常规护理,实验组内整体患者均接受健康教育,对比相关指标。结果 实验组依从性显著高于对照组,P<0.05。干预前,两组负性情绪无差异,P>0.05。干预后,实验组负性情绪低于对照组,P<0.05。实验组自我管理能力优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 对冠心病合并糖尿病患者实施健康教育干预后,可以提升患者的依从性,改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的自我管理能力。
Abstract
Objective to analyze the effect of health education intervention on elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes. Methods from January 2020 to January 2022, 40 patients with senile coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes were randomly selected for the experiment, and the patients were divided into groups according to the intervention form, that is, experiment and control. The number of patients in each group was 20. The whole patients in the control group received routine nursing, and the whole patients in the experimental group received health education, and the relevant indicators were compared. Results the compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in negative emotions between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the negative emotion in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The self-management ability of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion health education inter- vention for patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes can improve their compliance, improve their negative emotions, and improve their self-management ability.
