穴位电疗在腰椎融合术后腹胀的应用观察研究

摘要	目的：明确穴位电疗对腰椎融合术后腹胀的影响及临床应用价值。方法：2017 年 01 月至 2017 年 10 月，按照纳入排除标准选取拟在我院行腰椎融合术的患者共 120 例，随机分成对照组、实验组，每组 60 例；对照组采用常规护理措施，实验组在常规护理基础上，辅以穴位电疗；统计学分析比较组间的基线资料及术后疗效评价指标。结果：与对照组相比，实验组术后腹胀患者比例下降不明显，无统计学差异（P>0.05）；但实验组术后 1 周内最严重腹胀程度显著性下降（P<0.05），术后腹胀持续天数显著性减少（P<0.05），术后首次排便时间显著提前（P<0.05）。结论：穴位电疗这一护理措施，能够改善腰椎融合术后腹胀不适症状，提高患者术后体验，具有很好的临床应用价值，值得推广应用。
Abstract	Objective: To clarify the effect of acupoint electrotherapy on abdominal distension after lumbar fusion and its clinical application value.Methods: From January 2017 to October 2017, a total of 120 patients who planned to undergo lumbar fusion in our hospital were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 60 cases in each group; the control group received routine nursing measures , the experimental group was supplemented with acupoint electrotherapy on the basis of routine nursing; the baseline data and postoperative efficacy evaluation indicators were statistically analyzed and compared between the groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the proportion of patients with postoperative abdominal distension in the experimental group did not decrease significantly, and there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). The postoperative days of abdominal distension were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the time to the first defecation was significantly earlier (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint electrotherapy, a nursing measure, can improve the symptoms of abdominal distension and discomfort after lumbar fusion, and improve the postoperative experience of patients. It has good clinical application value and is worthy of popularization and application.
