Objective: To analyze the experience of clinical standard treatment of endometriosis through surgical incision in gynecology and obstetrics. Methods: Thirty patients with incisional endometriosis admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to January 2022 were selected for study and observation. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number method, with 15 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with drugs, and the patients in the observation group were treated with one-time debridement on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS, SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: One-time debridement and postoperative symptomatic drug treatment for obstetric surgical incision endometriosis has a good therapeutic effect, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
