摘要	目的：探讨急性心肌梗死主动脉球囊反搏术后患者的治疗方法和护理方法。方法：运用抽样调查法从 2020 年 1 月到 2021 年 9 月我院急诊收治的急性心肌梗死病患 60 例作为研究对象，所有研究对象均为急性心肌梗死，并植入 IABP 的患者。采用随机分组的方式将研究对象分为实验组和对照组各 30 例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组围绕 IABP 治疗方法进行针对性护理。观察对比两种研究对象通过护理后患者的治疗结果。结果：通过两种不同的护理方式对病患进行护理后，实验组的并发症发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用围绕 IABP 治疗的针对性护理，能够降低急性心肌梗死病患的并发症发生率和死亡率，提高急性心肌梗死病患的治疗效果，值得进行推广。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the treatment and nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction after aortic balloon counterpulsation. Methods: 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in emergency department of our hospital from January, 2020 to September, 2021 were studied by sampling survey. All the subjects were patients with acute myocardial infarction and IABP implantation. The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received targeted nursing around IABP treatment. Observe and compare the treatment results of the two subjects after nursing. Results: the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P. <0.05）Conclusion: targeted nursing around IABP treatment can reduce the incidence of complications and mortality of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and improve the treatment effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction. It is worth popularizing.
