| 摘要 |
目的：探讨个性化心理护理在血液透析护理中对 SAS、SDS 及 SF-36 评分的改善。方法：将
我院 2021 年 1 月-2021 年 10 月 70 例血液透析患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实
施常规护理联合个性化心理护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分、SF-36 评分、护理满
意度。结果：实验组焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分低于对照组，SF-36 评分高于对照组，护理满意度高于
对照组，P＜0.05。结论：血液透析患者实施常规护理联合个性化心理护理效果确切，可减轻患者的焦虑和
抑郁情绪，并提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the improvement of SAS, SDS and SF-36 scores by individualized
psychological nursing in hemodialysis nursing. Methods: A total of 70 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from
January 2021 to October 2021 were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group
received routine nursing, while the experimental group received routine nursing combined with individualized
psychological nursing. The anxiety SAS score, depression SDS score, SF-36 score, and nursing satisfaction were
compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: The anxiety SAS score and depression SDS
score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the SF-36 score was higher than that of
the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion:
Routine nursing combined with individualized psychological nursing for hemodialysis patients has an exact effect,
which can reduce patients anxiety and depression, and improve patients quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
