规范化护理管理对伤口造口患者的护理价值分析

摘要	目的：探讨规范化护理管理对伤口造口患者的护理价值。方法：将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月 80 例伤口造口患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施规范化护理管理。比较两组护理前后自我管理能力评分、护理满意度、住院时间、伤口造口不良事件发生率。结果：实验组自我管理能力评分高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，伤口造口不良事件发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：伤口造口患者实施规范化护理管理效果确切，可提高患者自我管理能力，减少伤口造口不良事件发生率，缩短住院时间和提高满意度。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the nursing value of standardized nursing management for patients with wound stoma. Methods: 80 patients with wound stoma in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received standardized nursing management. The scores of self-management ability, nursing satisfaction, length of stay and incidence of adverse events of wound stoma were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: the score of self-management ability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher, the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse events of wound stoma was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: standardized nursing management for patients with wound stoma is effective, which can improve patients self-management ability, reduce the incidence of adverse events of wound stoma, shorten hospital stay and improve satisfaction.
