Objective: To analyze the effect of targeted nursing care in patients with schizophrenia after salivating caused by taking clozapine. Methods: From November 2020 to November 2021, 106 patients with schizophrenia who were randomly selected to receive treatment in this hospital adopted a comparative study mode, of which 53 patients were treated as routine nursing, recorded as a comparison group, and 53 patients carried out targeted care for adverse reactions caused by salivation on the basis of the comparison group, and compared the incidence of adverse reactions after nursing care and the improvement of quality of life of the two groups. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions and the improvement of quality of life in patients in the observation group were better than those in the comparison group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Targeted nursing care for patients with schizophrenia after salivating caused by taking clozapine is obvious, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
