摘要	研究Roy适应模式在帕金森病护理中的效果。方法选取我院2020年5月-2021年10月期间收治的60例帕金森病患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组30例。对照组实施常规护理措施，研究组实施Roy适应模式，对比Webster 评分、生活质量（PDQL评分表）与护理满意度。结果研究组患者Webster评分低于对照组；研究组患者PDQL评分低于对照组；研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论在帕金森病患者的护理中，实施Roy适应模式，可有效改善患者的临床症状，帮助患者提高生活质量，提高护理满意度，值得在临床上推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of Roy adaptation model in the nursing of Parkinsons disease. Methods 60 patients with Parkinsons disease admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. Webster score, quality of life (PDQL scale) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the control group and the study group. Results The Webster score in study group was lower than that in control group. The PDQL score of the study group was lower than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion In the nursing of patients with Parkinson’s disease, the implementation of Roy adaptive mode can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, help patients improve the quality of life, improve nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical application.
