Objective Parkinsons syndrome is a disease with a relatively high incidence among the elderly. Holistic nursing intervention was adopted during the treatment of patients, and the application effect was analyzed. Methods Research time choice in January 2021-January 2022, our hospital research object for this period of the 100 patients with Parkinsons syndrome, and group study, patients with the grouping for the random number method, using this way to patients divided into control group and experimental group, control group using con- ventional nursing intervention, the experimental group using overall nursing intervention, Compare application effects. Results In this study, the psychological state and quality of life of patients in the experimental group were better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Holistic nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Parkinsons syndrome, regulate their psychological state, improve their treatment compliance, and promote their self-management ability and quality of life.
