摘要	1901年起，凯林开始在泌尿生殖外科植入内窥镜，20世纪80年代，随着电视腹腔镜的逐步普及，腹部器械的更新，手术技术的不断提高，腹腔的诊断仅限于睾丸病变和性取向受限的患者，胃镜广泛应用于泌尿生殖外科各种疾病的诊断和治疗，具有广阔的应用前景，现就其应用现状和国际进展进行综述。本文就腹腔镜在泌尿外科手术中所发挥的作用，来研究腹腔镜未来的应用和发展过程。
Abstract	Since 1901,Kaylin began to implant endoscopes in genitourinary surgery.In the 1980s,with the gradual popularization of video laparoscopy,the update of abdominal instruments,and the continuous improvement of surgical techniques,the diagnosis of abdominal cavity was limited to the testis.For patients with pathological changes and restricted sexual orientation,gastroscope is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases in urogenital surgery,and has broad application prospects.This article reviews its application status and international progress.This paper studies the future application and development of laparoscopy on the role of laparoscopy in urological surgery.
