Objective: To study and analyze the role of incentive mechanism in nursing management of rehabilitation medicine department. Methods: This experiment spanned the time period from March 2021 to March 2022. The researchers studied 200 patients in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Whether to apply the incentive mechanism as the grouping basis for the selected patients in this experiment, the incentive mechanism was not applied in the nursing management of patients admitted from March 2021 to August 2021, and set as the control group, from September 2021 to March 2022 The incentive mechanism was applied in the nursing management of patients admitted to the hospital every month, and the experimental group was set up, and the number of both groups was 100. Record and compare and analyze the nursing quality scores, patient nursing recognition, and nurse-patient disputes in the control group and the experimental group. Results: There is a gap in nursing quality between the control group and the experimental group that cannot be ignored. The scores of the two groups of patients in terms of rehabilitation effect, nursing safety, service attitude and ward environment are significantly different (p < 0.05). Among the selected patients in the experimental group, there were 79 and 96 patients with special recognition and comparative recognition of nursing work, respectively, and the patients nursing recognition degrees were 79.00% and 96.00%, respectively. The difference between the corresponding data between the groups cannot be ignored. , (p<0.05); 8 people in the control group and 1 person in the experimental group had a nurse-patient dispute, respectively, and the probability of nurse-patient dispute was 8.00% and 1.00%, respectively. There is a gap between the corresponding data of patients between the groups that cannot be ignored. , (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The application value of incentive mechanism in nursing management of rehabilitation medicine department is high.
