摘要	分析婴幼儿巨结肠清洁回流灌肠的有效护理措施与效果。方法对2020年6月-2022年5月本科接诊婴幼儿巨结肠患儿（n=54）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各27人，前者采取综合护理，后者行常规护理。对比大便恢复时间等指标。结果关于大便恢复时间、体温复常时间、腹胀缓解时间与住院时间，试验组的数据分别是（1.59±0.36）d、（1.35±0.57）d、（2.14±0.68）d、（4.25±0.93）d，和对照组（3.46±0.87）d、（2.71±0.63）d、（4.23±0.82）d及（6.97±1.03）d相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于护理质量：试验组的数据（99.01±0.58）分，和对照组（93.14±1.49）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于家长满意度，试验组的数据96.3%，和对照组77.78%相比更低（P＜0.05）。结论婴幼儿巨结肠清洁灌肠用综合护理，效果显著，家长满意度也更高。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effective nursing measures and effect of cleaning reflux enema. Methods: For the undergraduate children (n=54) from June 2020 to May 2022,27 children were enrolled in the control group, and the former took comprehensive care, while the latter did routine care. Compare the stool recovery time and other indicators. Results: For stool recovery time, temperature relapse time, abdominal distension relief time, and time of stay. The data were (1.59 ± 0.36) d, (1.35 ± 0.57) d, (2.14 ± 0.68) d, (4.25 ± 0.93) d, and control groups (3.46 ± 0.87) d, (2.71 ± 0.63) d, (4.23 ± 0.82) d and (6.97 ± 1.03) d (P <0.05). On quality of care: the data of the test group (99.01 ± 0.58) points were higher than the control group (93.14 ± 1.49) points (P <0.05). Regarding parent satisfaction, the data in the trial group were 96.3%, and they were much lower than 77.78% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive care of giant colon and higher parental satisfaction.
