Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention with the concept of rapid recovery on postoperative gastrointestinal pain and rehabilitation process of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods: A total of 80 patients who received gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the object of this study. According to computer blind selection, 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group used: routine nursing nursing mode for intervention. The observation group was treated with the nursing mode of quick recovery. The pain and gastrointestinal function recovery of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed. Results: After nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of pain, gastrointestinal function recovery and complication rate at different time after operation (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: For patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery, the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the pain of patients in different periods of time after surgery, gastrointestinal function recovery degree, has excellent effect in clinical application, worthy of promotion and application.
