Objective: to analyze the intervention effect of high-quality nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction in intensive care unit. Methods: 86 patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction treated in our hospital in recent 3 years (January 2019 February 2022) were selected and the clinical data were reviewed. 44 patients with high-quality nursing were taken as the observation group, and 42 patients with routine nursing were taken as the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results: after the intervention, the psychological status (SAS and SDS scores) of the patients in the observation group and the control group were improved to a certain extent, and the degree of improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group (p<0.05); After follow-up, the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (p<0.05); The patients satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of high-quality nursing care for patients with myocardial infarction in intensive care unit can effectively improve the negative psychological stress of patients, which has positive significance in further reducing the occurrence of complications and improving nursing satisfaction, and has definite clinical application value.
