急诊中毒洗胃护理中舒适护理的应用及效果研究

摘要	研究急诊中毒洗胃护理中舒适护理的应用及效果方法：研究时间定为 2019.12 月-2021.12 月，研究对象是这期间我院急诊科室收治的 60 例中毒洗胃患者，采用随机分组的方式，一组接受舒适护理为实验组，另一组接受常规护理为对照组，对两组分别护理后的效果展开对比。结果：护理干预后，在洗胃时间对比上，实验组短于对照组，P＜0.05；护理满意度及舒适度评分，实验组的评分要高于对照组，P ＜0.05；疼痛评分、焦虑、抑郁评分、不良反应发生率对比上，实验组患者的各项评分明显低于对照组患者的评分，P＜0.05，以上均存在统计学意义。结论：急诊中毒洗胃护理中采用舒适护理，不仅会改善患者的疼痛感及不良情绪，同时也会使患者更加舒适，满意护理人员的工作，值得运用。
Abstract	Objective: To study the application and effect of comfort nursing in emergency poisoning gastric lavage nursing. Methods: the research period was from December 2019 to December 2021. The subjects were 60 poisoning gastric lavage patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital during this period. One group received comfort nursing as the experimental group and the other group received routine nursing as the control group. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after nursing intervention, the gastric lavage time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The scores of nursing satisfaction and comfort in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P; The scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comfort nursing in emergency poisoning gastric lavage nursing can not only improve patients pain and bad mood, but also make patients more comfortable and satisfied with the work of nursing staff, which is worth using.
