ICU 重症患者并发上消化道出血的护理对策

摘要	目的：分析 ICU 重症患者并发上消化道出血中护理干预的效果。方法：选取我院近 3 年（2019 年 4 月-2022 年 4 月）收治的 37 例 ICU 重症患者，均为并发上消化道出血，回顾临床资料。将实施护理干预的 19 例患者作为观察组，将实施常规护理的 18 例患者作为对照组。观察两组护理效果。结果：干预后，观察组护理总有效率明显更高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；随访中，观察组患者满意度更高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者生存质量评分较高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过对 ICU 重症并发上消化道出血患者实施护理干预，可有效控制消化道出血，对进一步提高临床护理疗效和生存质量，促进患者康复有积极意义，临床应用价值确切。
Abstract	Objective: to analyze the effect of nursing intervention in ICU severe patients complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: 37 ICU patients with severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding in recent 3 years (April 2019 April 2022) were selected, and the clinical data were reviewed. 19 patients with nursing intervention were taken as the observation group, and 18 patients with routine nursing were taken as the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results: after the intervention, the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.05); During the follow-up, the patients satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p<0.05); The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: nursing intervention for ICU patients with severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively control gastrointestinal bleeding, which has positive significance in further improving clinical nursing efficacy and quality of life, and promoting patients rehabilitation, and has definite clinical application value.
