健康管理在护理肺结核患者中的临床效果评价

摘要	目的：肺结核患者接受临床护理过程中实施健康管理的效果。方法：从 2019 年 1 月-2021 年 1 月区间接受健康体检后确诊为肺结核的患者内随机选择 84 例进行临床研究，根据干预形式对其进行分组，即实验与对照，各 42 例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受健康管理，对比干预效果。结果：实验组总掌握度（97.62%），对比对照组更高，P＜0.05；干预前，实验组与对照组生活质量相比无差异，P＞0.05。干预后，实验组与对照组生活质量相比更高，P＜0.05。干预前，实验组的 SAS 与 SDS 与对照组无差异，P＞ 0.05。干预后，实验组的 SAS 与 SDS 低于对照组更低，P＜0.05。结论：将健康管理用于肺结核患者护理内，可以提高患者疾病知识掌握程度，改善患者的不良情绪以及生活压力。
Abstract	Objective: To evaluate the effect of health management on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis during clinical nursing. Methods: from january2019 to january2021, 84 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly selected for clinical study. They were grouped according to the form of intervention, i.e. experiment and control, 42 cases each. The control group received routine nursing, the experimental group received health management, and the intervention effect was compared. Results: the total mastery of the experimental group (97.62%) was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); Before intervention, there was no difference in quality of life between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in SAS and SDS between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05). After the intervention, SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of health management in the nursing care of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can improve their mastery of disease knowledge, improve their bad mood and life stress.
