护理干预对新生儿疾病筛查足底采血不良反应的影响

摘要	目的：探讨护理干预对新生儿疾病筛查足底采血不良反应的影响。方法：将我院 2020 年 12 月 25 日-2021 年 12 月 25 日 98 例新生儿疾病筛查足底采血患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施护理干预。比较两组家长满意度、足底采血时间、面部痛苦表情评分、足底采血一次成功率、不良反应发生率。结果：实验组的家长满意度比对照组高(P＜0.05)。实验组足底采血时间、面部痛苦表情评分均低于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组足底采血一次成功率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。实验组足底采血不良反应率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：新生儿疾病筛查足底采血患者实施护理干预效果确切，可减轻新生儿的痛苦，提高足底采血一次成功率，缩短采血的时间，减少不良反应的出现，并提高家长的满意度，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the adverse reactions of plantar blood collection for neonatal disease screening. Methods: From December 25, 2020 to December 25, 2021 in our hospital, 98 patients with neonatal disease screening for plantar blood sampling were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given nursing intervention. The parental satisfaction, the time of blood sampling, facial pain expression score, the success rate of one time blood sampling, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The parents satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The blood sampling time and facial pain expression score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05. The success rate of one-time blood sampling in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of blood sampling in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of nursing intervention on patients with plantar blood sampling for neonatal disease screening is accurate, which can reduce the pain of newborns, improve the success rate of one-time plant blood sampling, shorten the time of blood sampling, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the satisfaction of parents. Worth promoting.
