Abstract
Objective: to analyze the effect of cleaning enema under evidence-based nursing on children with megacolon. Methods: from january2019 to january2022, 60 children with Hirschsprungs disease were randomly selected for analysis. They were divided into groups according to the nursing mode, i.e. experiment and control. There were 30 children in each group. The control group received routine enema nursing, the experimental group received evidence-based nursing cleaning enema, and the related indexes were compared. Results: the effective rate of enema was 93.33% in the experimental group and 70% in the control group (P < 0.05). In addition, the realization of symptom disappearance in the experimental group was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no difference in SAS and SDS scores before treatment. In the comparison of scores after treatment, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of enema for children with Hirschsprungs disease, the implementation of clean enema for children under the evidence-based nursing model can improve the enema efficiency, shorten the time of symptom disappearance, and improve bad mood. It is worthy of active clinical use.
