摘要	目的：探讨中药穴位贴敷配合护理干预治疗小儿腹泻的应用效果。方法：从我院 2020 年 6 月到 2021 年 6 月收治的患者中抽选 120 腹泻患儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组有患儿 60 例。给予对照组常规治疗和护理干预，实验组在常规治疗的基础上采用中药穴位贴敷配合护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果：经过治疗，实验组患儿总治疗有效率和患儿家属的护理满意度显著高于对照组（P＜ 0.05）；同时实验组患儿止泻时间和住院时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中药穴位贴敷配合护理干预可有效改善小儿腹泻症状，提升治疗效果，同时还能加速患儿止泻时间，提高患儿家属护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the effect of Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods: from June 2020 to June 2021, 120 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 60 children in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with nursing intervention on the basis of routine treatment. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction of childrens family members in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P; At the same time, the diarrhea stopping time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of children with diarrhea, improve the treatment effect, accelerate the time to stop diarrhea, and improve the nursing satisfaction of childrens family members.
