精神康复护理对精神分裂症患者的应用效果评价

摘要	目的：论精神康复护理在精神康复护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用。方法：随机选择在我院医治的精神分裂症患者 96 例，按随机方式分组，其中 48 例采取常规护理（对照组），另 48 例实施精神康复护理（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果：对于各项数据的对比来说，观察组护理方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理之后观察组患者不良行为发生率、护理后 SAS、SDS 评分、生活质量评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：使用本研究方法进行护理，可以减少患者的不良行为，改善患者的精神状态和生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract	Objective: To discuss the application of mental rehabilitation nursing in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: randomly selected in our hospital treatment of 96 patients with schizophrenia, grouped by random way, including 48 cases to take routine nursing (control group), another 48 cases of mental rehabilitation nursing (observation group), after observation and comparison, draw a conclusion. Results: For the comparison of data, the data of the observation group nursing method was more advantageous, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After nursing, the incidence of bad behavior, SAS, SDS score and quality of life score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Using this research method for nursing, can reduce patients bad behavior, improve patients mental state and quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
