老年患者便秘的影响因素分析与护理对策

摘要	目的：研究老年患者便秘的影响因素及护理对策。方法：参与研究的对象为我院在 2020-2 至 2022 年 2 月收治的 300 例老年住院患者，对老年患者的年龄、疾病、性别、饮食状况、运动情况等分析，得出老年患者便秘的影响因素。结果：300 例老年患者中有 147 例患者便秘，便秘发生率为 49％。这 147 例老年便秘患者，共有 115 例使用通便药治疗，用药率达到 78.23％。在这其中，老年女性患者的便秘发生率明显高于老年男性患者，且避免也会随着年龄的增长不断上升。结论：不正常的生活习惯、日常运动量多少、本身存在呼吸系统疾病，都会造成老年患者避免的主要影响因素。对此，要结合便秘形成的常见原因，予以针对性的护理措施，以此预防、缓解便秘，提高生活质量，加快患者自身疾病的恢复。
Abstract	Objective: To study the influencing factors and nursing strategies of constipation in elderly patients. Methods: 300 elderly inpatients in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 participated in the study. The age, disease, gender, diet and exercise status of elderly patients were analyzed to obtain the influencing factors of constipation in elderly patients. Results: 147 of the 300 elderly patients had constipation. The incidence of constipation was 49%. A total of 115 of the 147 elderly patients with constipation were treated with laxative drugs, with a medication rate of 78.23%. Among them, the incidence of constipation in elderly female patients is significantly higher than that in elderly male patients, and avoidance will also increase with age. Conclusion: abnormal living habits, the amount of daily exercise, and the existence of respiratory diseases are the main influencing factors for elderly patients to avoid. In this regard, we should combine the common causes of constipation, give targeted nursing measures, so as to prevent and alleviate constipation, improve the quality of life, and speed up the recovery of patients own diseases.
