查房模式在康复科护理质量管理中的应用

摘要	目的：探讨查房模式在康复科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法：将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月 200 例老年康复科患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规查房模式，实验组实施新查房模式。比较两组护理前后患者汉密尔顿抑郁评分、汉密尔顿焦虑评分、护理满意度、护理不良事件率。结果：实验组汉密尔顿抑郁评分、汉密尔顿焦虑评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，护理不良事件率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：老年康复科患者实施新查房模式效果确切，可减少不良事件发生，减轻患者不良情绪和提高满意度。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application effect of ward round mode in nursing quality management of rehabilitation department. Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022, 200 patients in the department of geriatric rehabilitation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine ward round mode, and the experimental group was given new ward round mode. Hamilton depression score, Hamilton anxiety score, nursing satisfaction and nursing adverse events rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: The score of Hamilton depression and Hamilton anxiety in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of nursing adverse events was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The new ward round mode is effective in geriatric rehabilitation department, which can reduce the occurrence of adverse events, relieve patients bad mood and improve their satisfaction.
