| 摘要 |
近年来，随着我国经济的不断发展和城镇化规模的不断扩大，市政公用工程施工项目数量也在不断增加。市政公用工程包主要包括城市道路交通、城市绿化、给水排水工程等，市政公共工程施工的科学性和规范性将直接影响到城市配套基础设施的建设质量，关系到城市可持续发展。文章结合市政公用工程施工现场管理的整体性、复杂性和灵活性特点，从工程项目施工组织设计、安全管理，材料管理及环境管理角度提出市政工程施工现场管理提升策略，旨在提高市政公用工程施工现场管理水平，提高施工现场管理的有效性。

| Abstract |
In recent years, with the continuous development of Chinas economy and the continuous expansion of the scale of urbanization, the number of municipal public works construction projects is also increasing. Municipal public engineering package mainly includes urban road traffic, urban greening, water supply and drainage engineering, etc. The scientificity and standardization of municipal public engineering construction will directly affect the quality of urban supporting infrastructure construction, related to the sustainable development of the city. Combining with the wholeness of municipal public engineering construction site management, characteristics of complexity and flexibility, from project construction organization design, safety management, material management and environmental management point of view, the municipal engineering construction site management promotion strategy aims to improve the level of municipal public engineering construction site management, improve the effectiveness of the construction site management.
