摘要	对老年肺心病患者进行综合护理干预的效果和满意度进行观察。方法在我院收治的老年肺心病患者的护理中应用综合性护理干预并观察效果。结果比较两组患者的健康教育效果，对照组患者的疾病知识等各项评分明显低于观察组（P<0.05）。护理前两组的SAS和SDS评分未体现出明显区别（P>0.05），护理后对照组均明显高于观察组（P<0.05）。对照组的各项生活质量评分显著低于观察组（P<0.05)。对照组的护理满意度显著低于观察组（P<0.05）。结论对老年肺心病患者实施综合性护理干预具有较高的现实意义，主要表现在促进患者健康教育效果的提升和生活质量的改善，以及促进护理满意度提升，减少病人不良情绪方面，适合进一步在老年肺心病的临床护理工作中进行推广。
Abstract	Objective: To observe the effect and satisfaction of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with cor pulmonale. Methods: comprehensive nursing intervention was applied in the nursing of elderly patients with cor pulmonale in our hospital and the effect was observed. Results: comparing the effect of health education between the two groups, the scores of disease knowledge in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group (p<0.05). There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing (p>0.05), and the control group was significantly higher than the observation group after nursing (p<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group (p<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (p<0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with cor pulmonale has high practical significance, which is mainly reflected in promoting the effect of health education and the improvement of quality of life, promoting the improvement of nursing satisfaction and reducing patients bad emotions. It is suitable for further promotion in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with cor pulmonale.
