烧伤护理中加强健康宣教对缓解不良情绪、提升满意度的效果研究

摘要	研究烧伤护理中加强健康宣教对缓解不良情绪,提升满意度的效果。方法将2021年5月-2022年5月期间我院收治的烧伤患者104例作为本次研究对象，随机将上述患者分为对照组和实验组，各52例，对照组采用常规护理干预，实验组在对照组基础上加强健康宣教，对比分析应用效果。结果本研究中实验组护理满意度、依从性高于对照组，心理状态优于对照组，疼痛程度以及疼痛持续时间均低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对烧伤患者加强健康宣教能够使其对自身疾病的治疗和护理有充分的了解，缓解患者的不良情绪，提升患者的依从性，从而起到提高患者的治疗效果和促进患者恢复的作用，进而提高患者对护理人员工作的满意度。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of strengthening health education in burn nursing on alleviating bad emotions and improving satisfaction. Methods: 104 burn patients treated in our hospital from May 2021 to may 2022 were taken as the research objects. The above patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The experimental group strengthened health education on the basis of the control group, and compared and analyzed the application effect. Results: in this study, the nursing satisfaction and compliance of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the psychological state was better than that of the control group, and the degree and duration of pain were lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: strengthening health education for burn patients can make them have a full understanding of the treatment and nursing of their own diseases, alleviate the bad mood of patients, improve the compliance of patients, so as to improve the treatment effect of patients and promote the recovery of patients, and then improve the satisfaction of patients with the work of nurses.
