Objective To study the application of multidisciplinary collaborative continuous nursing on WeChat platform for patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing chemotherapy. Methods and the main members of this study were 206 patients with gastrointestinal tumors treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021. They were divided into two groups using a randomized and balanced method. The patients in group A were conventional patients. Nursing mode, patients in group B were provided with continuous care with multi-disciplinary collaboration on the WeChat platform, and the adverse reactions and daily quality of life, including self-management ability, were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After applying different nursing modes to these 206 patients with gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy, the quality of life of patients in group B was significantly improved, and the probability of adverse reactions was also lower. was improved, P<0.05, and there was a difference between groups. Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative continuation nursing model of the letter platform has good effect compared with patients with gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy, reduces the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy, and fully improves its self-protection ability, which is worthy of promotion.
