综合护理在食管癌三切口手术护理中的效果

摘要	分析探讨综合护理在食管癌三切口手术护理中的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2019年1月-2022年1月接收治疗食管癌患者70例为观察对象，所有患者均在我院行三切口手术，随机将患者分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患者采用常规护理方法，观察组患者采用综合护理方法，将两组患者术后不良反应发生情况与护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者不良反应发生率均低于对照组，患者对于护理实施满意度高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论综合护理在食管癌三切口手术护理中具有重要临床应用效果，值得推广于临床护理中。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of comprehensive nursing in three-incision surgical nursing of esophageal cancer. Methods: Seventy patients with esophageal cancer who received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as observation objects. All patients underwent three-incision surgery in our hospital. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and patients satisfaction with nursing implementation was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing has important clinical application effect in three-incision surgical nursing of esophageal cancer, and it is worth promoting in clinical nursing.
