随着现代社会的不断发展和进步，对于教育事业也给予了更多的关注。许多的学者和专家对学生的生理和心理进行了分析和研究，对教学计划进行了精心的设计，其中，心理学理论被广泛的应用。把心理学理论作为教学指导的一个关键内容，依据学生的自身特点对学生进行有效指导，不仅能够促进学生综合发展，而且还可以在很大产生程度上提高教学质量和效率。怎样在高校管理和教育当中应用心理学理论成为了高校教育者们重点研究的一个焦点。

| Abstract |
With the continuous development and progress of modern society, more attention has been paid to education. Many scholars and experts have analyzed and studied students physiology and psychology, and carefully designed the teaching plan. Among them, psychological theory is widely used. Taking psychological theory as a key content of teaching guidance and effectively guiding students according to their own characteristics can not only promote students comprehensive development, but also improve teaching quality and efficiency to a great extent. How to apply psychological theory in college management and education has become a focus of college educators.
