摘要	探讨对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者应用细节护理结合多导睡眠监测仪干预的临床效果。方法抽选于2021年1月-2022年3月期间我院共收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者80例，随机划分为对照组、研究组，各40例，均接受多导睡眠监测仪。对照组接受一般护理，研究组接受细节护理结合。评价及对比两组的睡眠质量、护理满意率。结果研究组的浅睡眠率低于对照组，深睡眠率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组的快动眼睡眠率比较无明显差异性（P＞0.05）；研究组的睡眠质量综合评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组的护理满意率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者应用细节护理结合多导睡眠监测仪干预，在改善睡眠质量方面具有显著临床意义，患者护理满意度高，值得临床广泛借鉴。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the clinical effect of detailed nursing combined with polysomnography intervention in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods: A total of 80 patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a research group, 40 cases in each group, all of whom received polysomnography. sleep monitor. The control group received general care, and the study group received a combination of detailed care. The sleep quality and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: The rate of light sleep in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the rate of deep sleep was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of REM sleep between the two groups(P>0.05).The comprehensive score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of detailed nursing combined with polysomnography intervention in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome has significant clinical significance in improving sleep quality, and the patients nursing satisfaction is high, which is worthy of extensive clinical reference.
