摘要	研究地塞米松湿敷联合 IV3000 治疗 PICC 置管处局部湿疹的护理效果。方法在我院 2019 年 10 月至 2020 年 10 月间接收的 PICC 置管处局部湿疹患者中选择 40 例并随机分为两组，观察组 20 例地塞米松湿敷联合 IV3000 透明敷料处理并进行针对性护理，对照组 20 例仅仅用地塞米松湿敷处理。比较两组患者情况。结果观察组症状缓解总有效率明显高于对照组，局部湿疹改善时间明显低于对照组，且组间对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在进行 PICC 置管处局部湿疹患者护理时，应用地塞米松湿敷联合 IV3000 处理并进行针对性护理，可有效改善患者护理满意度以及湿疹症状，促进身体康复，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To study the nursing effect of dexamethasone wet compress combined with IV3000 in the treatment of PICC local eczema. Methods 40 patients with local eczema at the place of PICC catheter received in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. In the observation group, 20 patients were treated with dexamethasone wet compress combined with IV3000 transparent dressing and received targeted nursing; in the control group, 20 patients were treated with dexamethasone wet compress only. The two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of symptom relief in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the improvement time of local eczema was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the comparison between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with local eczema at the place of PICC catheterization, the application of dexamethasone wet compress combined with IV3000 treatment and targeted nursing can effectively improve patients nursing satisfaction and eczema symptoms, and promote physical recovery, which is worthy of promotion.
