叙事护理对晚期恶性肿瘤患者心理痛苦的影响

摘要	研究叙事护理对晚期恶性肿瘤患者心理痛苦的影响。方法选取2021年1月－2022年1月我院收治的60例晚期恶性肿瘤患者，采用计算机随机分组法，将其分为研究、对照两组，每组各30例患者。对照组实施常规护理措施，研究组实施叙事护理，对比两组患者护理依从性、护理前后心理痛苦程度。结果研究组患者护理总依从性高于对照组，P＜0.05；护理前两组患者心理痛苦程度评分对比无明显差异，P＞0.05，护理后两组患者心理痛苦程度评分均有所下降，但是研究组低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论晚期恶性肿瘤患者实施叙事护理，可提高患者护理依从性，减轻心理痛苦程度，值得持续应用。
Abstract	Objective: To study the effect of narrative nursing on psychological distress of patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods: 60 patients with advanced malignant tumors treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into study and control groups with 30 patients in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing measures, and the study group implemented narrative nursing. The nursing compliance and the degree of psychological pain before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: the total nursing compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P; There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing, P > 0.05. After nursing, the scores of the two groups decreased, but the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: narrative nursing for patients with advanced malignant tumor can improve their nursing compliance and reduce their psychological pain, which is worthy of continuous application.
