摘要	分析精细护理用于心血管介入治疗内的护理效果。方法从2019年1月-2022年1月期间院内收治需接受心血管介入治疗的患者内选择60例，根据干预形式分组，即实验组与对照组，各30例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受精细护理，对比干预效果。结果实验组满意度优于对照组，P＜0.05。干预前，两组心理状态无差异，P＞0.05。干预后，实验组心理状态优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对心血管介入治疗患者实施精细护理，可以改善患者的心理状态以及满意度。
Abstract	Objective: to analyze the nursing effect of fine nursing in cardiovascular interventional therapy. Methods: from January 2019 to January 2022, 60 patients who needed cardiovascular intervention were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received fine nursing. The intervention effects were compared. Results: the satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in psychological state between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the psychological state of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: fine nursing for patients undergoing cardiovascular interventional therapy can improve their psychological state and satisfaction.
