情志护理联合按摩推拿对宫颈癌患者的效果

摘要	深入分析情志护理联合按摩推拿对宫颈癌患者的治疗效果。方法本次研究时间点为2021年1月-2021年12月，选取该时间段40例宫颈癌患者为研究目标，依据平均法分为病例组、对照组，组内各20例患者，病例组接受情志护理联合按摩推拿治疗，给予对照组按摩推拿治疗，评定两组患者护理效果。结果病例组干预后生活质量评分相较于对照组改善明显（P<0.05），两组患者经差异化干预后，病例组SAS、SDS评分降低明显（P<0.05），两组治疗满意占比分别为：病例组（95%）、对照组（60%），病例组治疗满意度同预期目标接近（P<0.05）。结论在对宫颈癌患者治疗期间，使用情志护理联合按摩推拿可获得显著的治疗成果，在使患者生活质量得到良好调节的同时，可降低患者SAS、SDS评分，得到患者的高度认可和青睐，具有普遍应用和宣传的价值。
Abstract	Objective: To deeply analyze the therapeutic effect of emotional nursing combined with massage on patients with cervical cancer. Methods: this study time points for January 2021 - December 2021, select the time period of 40 cases of cervical cancer patients as the research target, on the basis of average method into the case group and control group, 20 patients in the group, cases of modern nursing joint medical massage therapy, massage, massage therapy, give control group to evaluate the effect of two groups of patient care. Results: After intervention, the scores of quality of life in the case group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05). After differentiated intervention, SAS and SDS scores in the case group were significantly reduced (P<0.05). The proportion of satisfactory treatment in the two groups was as follows: In the case group (95%) and the control group (60%), the treatment satisfaction of the case group was close to the expected goal (P<0.05). Conclusion: During the treatment of patients with cervical cancer, emotional nursing combined with massage can obtain remarkable therapeutic results, which can not only adjust the quality of life of patients, but also reduce the SCORES of SAS and SDS of patients, which is highly recognized and favored by patients, and has the value of universal application and publicity.
