Objective To share the methods and contents of the training of "static pharmacists" in our hos- pital, and to provide reference for the training system of static pharmacists. Methods According to the requirements of "Training Outline for static pharmacists of Guangdong Pharmaceutical Association", the training methods of combination of online and offline, theoretical teaching and practical operation were adopted for static pharmacists. Conclusion Standardizing the training process of "intravenous pharmacists" and establishing the training and assessment system of "intravenous pharmacists" are helpful to train pharmaceutical professionals who are competent for centralized dispensing of intravenous drugs and management positions, and improve the safety and effectiveness of intravenous infusion.
