摘要	探讨PDCA循环模式在提高关节置换患者延续护理质量中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法，选取2018年9月至11月在我院行关节置换术的90例患者作为对照组，2019年1月至3月行关节置换术的51例患者作为观察组。对照组给予常规延续护理模式，观察组接受基于PDCA循环的延续护理模式，两组患者的护理内容一致。患者出院后7-10天，由经过培训的人员进行电话随访，通过中文版延续护理测评量表（CTM-C）评价院内医务人员在准备患者出院过程中所提供的延续护理质量。结果观察组在一般自护准备、书面计划维度得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组延续护理质量总得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 PDCA循环应用于延续护理模式可有效改善关节置换患者延续护理质量，提高患者满意度。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle mode in improving the quality of continuous nursing for patients with joint replacement. Methods By convenience sampling method, 90 patients who underwent joint replacement surgery in our hospital from September to November 2018 were selected as the control group, and 51 patients who underwent joint replacement surgery from January to March 2019 were selected as the observation group. The control group received the conventional continuous nursing mode, and the observation group received the continuous nursing mode based on PDCA cycle. The nursing content of the two groups of patients was the same. 7-10 days after the patients were discharged from the hospital, the trained personnel conducted telephone follow-up, and the Chinese version of the Continuing Nursing Scale (CTM-C) was used to evaluate the quality of continuous care provided by the medical staff in the hospital during the preparation of patients for discharge. Results The scores of general self-care preparation and written plan in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle to the continuous nursing model can effectively improve the quality of continuous nursing care and improve the satisfaction of patients with joint replacement.
