摘要	为改善老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者的心肺功能及生活质量，进一步分析中医护理干预的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月-2021年12月期间在本院接受治疗的老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者为研究对象，共计80例，按组间基本资料匹配原则平均分为对照组和观察组（每组各40例）。结果通过中医护理干预措施的观察组患者左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室后壁厚度、MVV、FEV1/FVC明显优于对照组，生活质量较对照组更高，差异P＜0.05，存在对比意义。结论老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者通过中医护理干预后心肺功能改善明显，有效提升患者生活质量，护理效果显著，对此护理方案建议大力推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To improve the cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure, and further analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention. Methods 80 elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group and observation group (40 cases in each group) according to the principle of basic data matching between groups. Results the left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, MVV, fev1/fvc in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group through traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention measures, and the quality of life was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the cardiopulmonary function of elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure is significantly improved after traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, which effectively improves the quality of life of patients, and the nursing effect is significant. It is suggested to vigorously promote the application of this nursing program.
