| 摘要 |
探讨快速康复外科理念结合中医特色护理在老年人工髋关节置换病人围术期中的应用。方法选取我院2020年-2021年行人工髋关节置换术的80例老年患者为观察对象，随机将其分为2组，对照组为围术期护理方法，观察组采用快速康复外科理念结合中医特色护理方法，对比相关指标。结果 观察组患者的首次排气时间、下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义；观察组护理总有效率高于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义。结论 快速康复外科理念结合中医特色护理在老年人工髋关节置换病人围术期中具有重要应用效果，能有效促进患者康复，提高护理效果，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept combined with TCM characteristic nursing in the perioperative period of elderly working hip replacement patients. Methods The 80 elderly patients undergoing artificial hip replacement from 2020 to 2021 were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was the perioperative nursing method. The observation group adopted the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with TCM characteristic nursing method to compare relevant indicators..Results The first exhaust time, implantation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the comparison group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing has an important application effect in the perioperative period of elderly working hip replacement patients, which can effectively promote patients rehabilitation and improve the nursing effect, which is worth promoting.
