摘要
为了进一步提高临床护理工作的质量,分析运用人性化护理管理的要点和成果。方法 本次该项研究的样本总计60例,研究时间2021年3月到2022年4月,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理管理,分析2组应用效果。结果 观察组的护理技能、护理质量以及满意度分别为(94.64±5.64)分、(94.96±5.83)分、(96.36±6.72)分,均高于对照组(80.46±4.35)分、(75.35±4.64)分、(79.62±5.73)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 通过实施人性化护理管理,可以提升护理人员的护理技能,进一步提升护理质量,取得临床患者的高度认可与满意,具有较高的可行性。
Abstract
Objective In order to further improve the quality of clinical nursing work, to analyze the key points and results of humanized nursing management. Methods The study included 60 cases from March 2021 to April 2022, which were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group, including the control group and humanized nursing management, and analyzed the application effect of the two groups. Results Nursing skills, care quality and satisfaction were (94.64±5.64), (94.96±5.83) and (96.36±66.72), all higher than the control group (80.46±4.35), (75.35±4.64) and 5.73) (P<0.05). Conclusion Through the implementation of humanized nursing management, it can improve the nursing skills of nursing staff, further improve the quality of nursing, and obtain a high degree of recognition and satisfaction of clinical patients, with a high feasibility.
